By using pushtainee.pk or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Pushtainee is operated by a textile family business at Azam Cloth Market, Lahore, Pakistan. We sell unstitched fabric and related items.

2. Orders and acceptance

• Placing an order on the site is an offer to buy.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. We typically verify orders by phone before dispatching.
• If we can't reach you within 24 hours, we may cancel the order. You're not charged anything in that case (Cash on Delivery means no upfront payment).
• Order confirmation emails are not a contract, confirmation only happens once we dispatch via TCS.

3. Pricing

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We try our best to keep prices accurate. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch, you can confirm the corrected price or cancel.
• Shipping charges are shown at checkout and added to your COD total.

4. Payment

• We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) via TCS Courier. Payment is made directly to the TCS rider in cash when your order arrives.
• You agree to be available to receive the parcel and pay in cash.
• If you refuse delivery without a valid reason after we've already booked TCS, we reserve the right to ask for prepayment on future orders.

7. Product information

• We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, the fabric color you see on screen may vary slightly from the actual fabric due to differences in monitor calibration and lighting.
• Fabric measurements are approximate and given as standard widths/lengths. Slight variation (±5%) is normal in textile production.
• All fabrics are pre-inspected at our shop before dispatch.

8. Intellectual property

All content on pushtainee.pk, text, images, logos, designs, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We're liable for the cost of your order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profit, business opportunity).

Our maximum liability for any single order is the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
