Pushtainee ("we", "us", "our") is a direct-to-consumer unstitched fabric brand based at Azam Cloth Market, Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you visit pushtainee.pk or place an order.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

Full name
Phone number and (optional) WhatsApp number
Shipping address, line 1, line 2, city, province, postal code
Email address (optional, for order updates)
Order details, items, quantities, total amount

We also automatically collect:

Browser information, IP address, pages visited, time spent on site
Device type (mobile, desktop), referring URL
Information from Meta Pixel and other ad tracking technologies (see below)

How we use it

Fulfilment: verify your order, dispatch via TCS Courier, handle returns and refunds
Communication: send order confirmation, dispatch, delivery, and return-related emails
Customer support: respond to your questions and complaints
Marketing analytics: understand which Meta/Instagram ads bring customers, so we can spend efficiently
Legal: tax records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Only the third parties we need to run the business:

TCS Express Pakistan, name, phone, shipping address, COD amount (to deliver your order)
Brevo, your email and order details (to send transactional order emails)
Sanity.io, order data is stored on Sanity's cloud (encrypted, EU/US datacenters)
Netlify, hosts our website (Netlify processes IP and analytics data)
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), anonymized event data via Meta Pixel for ad measurement

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We pick reputable global services to handle data securely.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for:

Remembering your cart between visits
Anonymous analytics on how the site is used
Meta Pixel, measures Facebook/Instagram ad effectiveness

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be communicated via email or a banner on the site.
