Shipping

• Flat-rate shipping across Pakistan: Rs 250
• Free shipping on orders Rs 5,000 and above
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days
• All orders shipped via TCS Courier with Cash on Delivery
• You'll receive an email with your TCS tracking number once we dispatch
• We dispatch MondaySaturday. Orders placed Sunday/holidays ship next working day

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as:

• Items are unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in their original packaging
• Fabric is not cut, torn, or altered in any way
• You can provide your order number and the phone number used at checkout

How to return

1. Go to pushtainee.pk/return and submit a return request with your order number, the last 4 digits of your phone, and a reason
2. We'll review within 24 hours and email you our decision
3. If approved, we book a TCS reverse pickup from your address you don't need to drop the package anywhere
4. A TCS rider contacts you within 1-2 working days to schedule the pickup
5. Once we receive + inspect the items at our Lahore shop, we issue the refund

What we can't accept

• Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or alteration
• Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
• Bridal-wear made-to-order or customized pieces (clearly marked at purchase)
• Items missing original tags or packaging

Refunds

After we receive + inspect your return, we'll issue your refund within 3 working days via your choice of:

• Bank transfer, fastest if you have an IBAN ready
• JazzCash, direct to your registered JazzCash number
• EasyPaisa, direct to your registered EasyPaisa number
• Store credit, applies automatically to your next order at Pushtainee

You'll receive an email confirming the refund with the transaction reference number. Bank transfers typically clear within 12 working days; mobile wallets within 30 minutes.

Note: we may issue a partial refund if items show signs of use or damage during inspection. We'll always email you first to explain.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order anytime before we dispatch it via TCS, usually within 24 hours of placing it.

1. Go to pushtainee.pk/track and look up your order
2. If status is "Pending confirmation" or "Confirmed", you'll see a "Cancel this order" link
3. Click it and confirm, we restore stock and email you to confirm

Since we operate Cash on Delivery, no money was collected, there's nothing to refund.

Once an order is dispatched (status: "Dispatched" or later), you can still refuse delivery when the TCS rider arrives at your door. The package returns to us, and the order is marked as "Returned" with no money exchanged.
